CEWA Staff Development Day 2017

30 June 2017

Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) staff from across the WA dioceses gathered together on Thursday, 15 June to share in a staff development day centred around the theme of “Transforming learning for all”.

As CEWA continues on our transformation journey, we came together to engage, listen, reflect and share powerful stories of transformation with our colleagues and special guest presenters.

The day began with prayer and a Welcome to Country by Dr Noel Nannup, who then told his personal story of transformation before staff attended a series of breakout sessions. From watercolour, recycled art and rap workshops, to powerful tales of transformation through personal stories from presenters, the day provided staff with the opportunity to be inspired and engaged in what transformation means not only to CEWA, but in our own personal journeys.
