Mental Health Week 2017: Access Wellbeing Services launches RESILnZ mobile app

18 October 2017

Access Wellbeing Services has this week launched a new mobile phone app, RESILnZ, to coincide with Mental Health Day on 10 October.

Western Australians face daily stress and challenges to their mental health in finding a steady work-life balance. The RESILnZ app has been created as a support tool for workers in WA to monitor, maintain and build their mental strength and resilience through evidence-based exercises.

The app is free for all Catholic Education Western Australia employees and can be downloaded from the app store for both Apple and Android devices.
