Record number of scholarships awarded in CECWA program

A record number of scholarships have been awarded for the 2018 Catholic Education Comission of Western Australia (CECWA) Scholarship Program, following an excellent response to the call out for applications.
Applications for the program closed at the end of October, and 238 Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) staff will further their learning in 2018 with the support of a CECWA scholarship.
There were four categories of scholarships awarded:
- Professional Development for Teachers – 187 recipients
- Professional Development for Non-teachers – 31 recipients
- Graduate Certificate in Catholic Leadership – 20 recipients
- Doctoral Scholarship – 2 recipients
The scholarship program is facilitated annually by the CEWA School Improvement Directorate.
