On Thursday, 16 February, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse released the full report of its survey results on claims made against Catholic organisations for alleged child sexual abuse.

Catholic Education Western Australia has been deeply saddened and shamed by the failures of so many in our Church to care for our children and young people.

CEWA Executive Director, Dr Tim McDonald, expressed his thoughts and hopes for the future of Catholic Education in a letter to our Catholic school communities.
